The core principle of all SWOP youth work is the understanding that youth voice is valid, important and essential to the creation and development of all youth programs. Using this tenet, youth programs and organzing engage in academic achievement support, civic engagement, leadership devlopment, job training, recreation, and mentorship.

Currently, due to the pandemic, the youth program Teen REACH is conducting online programming three days a week.
