IMAN’s Federally Qualified Health Center serves residents of Chicago’s south and southwest sides, and the Southwest suburbs of Bridgeview, Oak Lawn, and Chicago Ridge. We work closely with Sinai Health System, ensuring patients access to a full range of hospital-based care, at Holy Cross Hospital and Sinai Hospital and Medical Center. We ensure access for all low-income individuals in its service area regardless of age, health status, ability to pay, or any other characteristic.

Esperanza Health Centers

Since 2004, Esperanza Health Centers has been delivering a wide range of primary care, behavioral health and wellness services to residents of Chicago’s Southwest side regardless of income, insurance, language or immigration status. Our bilingual care teams offer services in adult medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, counseling and psychiatry in addition to substance use treatment, HIV care and prevention, COVID-19 testing and more.

A four-time National Quality Leader Award recipient from the Health Resources and Services Administration, Esperanza is one of the most highly recognized community health centers in the nation.
